to kill a mockbird

angel wanted me to talk about the how to kill a mocking bird affected my sister. her class was reading the book in class the teacher told the class not to say the "n" word, but when the teacher was sick one day so the class the whole class said it when ever they could get the chance. My question is who is to blame???

thank u for posting this elliot.
I thought it was important
because To Kill a Mockingbird has been challenged for it's content based on the "n" word.

I wonder too who is to blame. could the book and the historcially hateful word have been better served with a class dialogue prior to reading the book? I think so. The act of shrugging the word off only made it that more controversial.

in my eyes at least.
